We are hiring a reliable and skilled
IT Technician / Network Support Engineer
to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will have experience acrossCCTV systems
,POS devices
,networking
,internet servers
,firewalls (SonicWall or similar)
, andbusiness software platforms
.This is a hands-on technical role supporting multiple office locations and ensuring smooth daily IT operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain
CCTV surveillance systems
andPOS terminals
Set up and troubleshootwired/wireless networks
, switches, and routers Manageinternet connectivity
, including configuration and monitoring offirewalls
(e.g., SonicWall) AdministerLAN/WAN infrastructure
, VPN, and network security policies Maintain and supporttelephone systems
,landline lines
, and IP-based communication systems Provide technical support forsoftware applications used in real estate management
Perform regular updates, backups, system monitoring, and preventive maintenance Handle IT asset inventory, procurement coordination, and vendor management Deliver on-site and remote support for employees across company locationsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Required) Minimum
2-3 years of relevant IT support experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of:Networking systems
(LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)Firewall & Security Appliances
(especiallySonicWall
)CCTV and surveillance system maintenance
POS devices
and billing softwareTelephone and landline/IP communication systems
Microsoft Windows, Office 365, email and remote desktop tools Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple sitesJob Type: Full-time
