• Partnered by Acronis and Microsoft, serving clients across the tech and retail sectors, including PWS, UAE Enterprises, Merantile, and others
• Established 27 years ago, with 50+ employees. Headquarted in Dubai.

• After successful 2024, looking for IT Network and Desktop Support Engineer to join the team in Dubai.
• Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers to ensure efficiency and security.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Server environments, network devices, firewalls, and security solutions.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and backup systems to ensure smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide regular updates

Key Candidate Criteria

• Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, network engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, and cloud-based platforms like Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SharePoint.
• Full knowledge with configuring and troubleshooting network devices, including Fortigate firewalls.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and endpoint protection platforms such as Acronis Cyber Security or similar tools.
• Can speak fluent English.
