- Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring software, and resolving network connectivity problems.
- Administer and maintain our Azure Active Directory and Office365 environment, including managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Configure and maintain our SharePoint environment, including creating sites, libraries, and workflows, and providing end-user training.
- Assist with the deployment and management of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
- Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations and security.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Desktop Support.
- Experience administering and maintaining Azure Active Directory and Office365.
- Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure Active Directory, Office365, or SharePoint are a plus.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
