Introduction Our client is an investment organization that works on agricultural regional and international projects and with this plays a role in the food security plan of Abu Dhabi and UAE. What we offer

Description

• Technical support for all computer hardware / software and network issues.
• Install / upgrade system technology, firmware, computer operating systems, software programs, new desktops, and other computer hardware and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot system and software issues.
• Perform regular maintenance for phone systems, computer systems, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
• Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to employees
• Maintain network component inventory, network asset related documentation including warranty and service records.
• Run security checks on all of systems to ensure data and networks are protected from malware and cybersecurity threats
• Assist users with IT applications, especially ERP

Who are you Skills & Competencies:

• At least two years' experience in a professional IT work environment
• The candidate must have experience in supporting ERP modules such as Inventory, Procurement, and Finance
• General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and other technological office equipment
• Able to create databases and utilize Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and flexible when necessary

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field of study.
• Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux operations
• SQL database administration and programming knowledge will be an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
