We are urgently looking for an experienced and well-organized IT Support Specialist. IT Technician Responsibilities: - Installation, configuration, and support for software and hardware onsite or via remote (operating systems, drivers, software patches, and other PC peripherals, anti-virus, backup system, CCTV cameras, DVR and NVR configuration, local/network printers and scanners)
- Provide first and second-level technical support. (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support).
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Working experience with Cisco router, PABX, and windows server 2008. - Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability. - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Ensuring electrical safety standards are met. - Repairing or replacing damaged hardware. - Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers. - Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level. - Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware. - Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting. - Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues. - Managing technical documentation. Preferred: Philippines National is a Plus. Job Type: Full-time
