Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring software, and resolving network connectivity problems.
\xe2\x80\x93 Administer and maintain our Azure Active Directory and Office365 environment, including managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Configure and maintain our SharePoint environment, including creating sites, libraries, and workflows, and providing end-user training.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist with the deployment and management of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
\xe2\x80\x93 Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and firewalls.
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations and security.
Job Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 At least 3 years of experience in IT Desktop Support.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience administering and maintaining Azure Active Directory and Office365.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.
\xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft certifications in Azure Active Directory, Office365, or SharePoint are a plus.
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
