Purchase Manager

to oversee purchasing activities, manage stock availability, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement for all partner brands listed on our platform. Monitor

stock levels, stock ageing, and product availability

to ensure timely replenishment. Source products from authorized distributors and market vendors to maintain healthy stock flow. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. Maintain strong vendor relationships and build new sourcing channels. Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to forecast demand and align purchasing plans. Analyze market trends and competitor sourcing strategies for better decision-making. Prepare and maintain purchase records, reports, and price databases. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of

stock management, ageing analysis, and vendor sourcing

. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple brands/products simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
