Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of workshop and bodyshop operations, including service scheduling, repairs, diagnostics, and quality control. Supervise and mentor technicians, service advisors, and bodyshop staff to maintain high performance and skill development. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and workshop SOPs. Oversee multi-brand service operations, ensuring technical expertise across different vehicle makes and models. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and workshop equipment efficiently. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Implement process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance service offerings and customer retention. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing multi-brand automotive workshops, including bodyshop operations. Strong technical knowledge across multiple vehicle brands and models. Proven leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and bodyshop processes. Familiarity with inventory management, workshop software, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
