Set up the garage from scratch: layout, equipment, tools, staffing, and vendor onboarding
Lead all workshop operations once launched
Manage technicians, allocate jobs, and ensure high-quality work
Handle service/repair planning for our in-house fleet and external customers
Manage parts sourcing, costing, and inventory
Implement SOPs to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality control
Drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and commercial viability
Requirements
3+ years of experience in garage/workshop management
Strong technical knowledge (EV experience is a plus)
Proven ability to build or scale workshop operations
Strong leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
UAE experience preferred
