Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Interior Joinery Worker

to join our fit-out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing custom joinery for high-end interior spaces, including residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a high level of

discretion

, particularly when working in private residences or sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Manufacture and assemble joinery components such as cabinetry, wall panels, doors, wardrobes, shelving, counters, and bespoke furniture. Carry out accurate on-site installation of joinery elements according to the approved design and layout. Ensure all work meets the required quality standards in terms of finish, fit, and durability. Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively. Work closely with supervisors, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, both in workshop and on-site. Exercise a high degree of

discretion and professionalism

when working in occupied spaces, luxury environments, or client homes. Respect client privacy, project confidentiality, and company protocols at all times. Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures on and off site.

Requirements:

Trade certification or diploma in Joinery, Carpentry, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in interior joinery work, preferably in fit-out projects. Strong technical knowledge of timber, veneers, laminates, and other joinery materials. Excellent craftsmanship and keen eye for detail and finish. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing site conditions.

Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality

, particularly in high-end residential or commercial settings. Physical fitness and ability to lift and install heavy joinery items. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites if required.
