About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Procurement Assistant

to join our

Interior & Joinery Division

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, vendor coordination, and material procurement related to joinery and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials such as wood, veneers, hardware, lighting, fabrics, sanitary items, and finishes. Obtain and compare supplier quotations; prepare price comparison sheets for management approval. Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and specifications. Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for inventory updates and stock monitoring. Work closely with design, project, and site teams to ensure timely material supply. Track and report project material costs against budget. Coordinate logistics and ensure materials are received in good condition. Maintain supplier databases and assist in supplier evaluation and tender documentation. Ensure all materials meet company quality standards and technical specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

4-6 years of experience

in

procurement/purchasing

within the

joinery or interior fit-out industry

in the UAE. Good knowledge of wood, veneers, hardware, and finishing materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
