Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee and manage our interior and fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the UAE fit-out industry, with proven expertise in supervising site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality finishes within deadlines.

Job Title: Fit-Out Supervisor (Interior & Joinery Works)

Location: UAE (Site-Based)

Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 8,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 5-10 years in UAE required

Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise all site activities related to fit-out, joinery, gypsum, partitioning, flooring, ceiling, and MEP coordination. Ensure all work is carried out as per project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor site progress and provide daily reports to project management. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely delivery of work. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors as required.

Requirements:



Minimum 5-10 years of UAE experience in fit-out/interior contracting is mandatory. Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and project coordination. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. UAE driving license is an advantage. Immediate availability preferred.
