Supervise and manage day-to-day joinery and interior production activities in the workshop.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Review and interpret technical drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution.
Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to align production with project requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials for efficient output.
Monitor quality standards during production and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained within the production facility.
Maintain production reports, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
Train, guide, and supervise production staff and workers to improve performance and efficiency.
Liaise with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of joinery items.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Interior Engineering or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in joinery/interior fit-out production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, machines, tools, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
