Job Description

Our company is expanding, and we are seeking a talented professional with hands-on experience in interior fit-out works. If you have a strong background in design, detailing, and project coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:



Prepare design concepts, layout plans, and technical drawings Develop accurate BOQs for interior fit-out projects Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and the project team Ensure all drawings and documents follow required standards and client specifications Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D visuals, including shop drawings

What We're Looking For:



Experience in interior fit-out for residential, commercial, or retail projects Strong skills in preparing comprehensive BOQs Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc. High level of accuracy, organization, and problem-solving ability Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver on time

Preferred Background:



Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline At least 3 years of industry experience Portfolio demonstrating completed fit-out projects

Work Location:

Arjan, Dubai (near Dubai Miracle Garden)
