Interior Fit-Out Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled

Interior Fit-Out / Joinery Draftsman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery, capable of creating

detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and layouts

for commercial and residential projects. This role also involves contributing creatively to design solutions while ensuring precision and adherence to design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior concepts, layouts, and plans for commercial and residential projects. Produce accurate 2D/3D drawings and models using

AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software

. Prepare detailed joinery and shop drawings for manufacturing. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility. Conduct site visits and take measurements to ensure alignment with project requirements. Select materials, finishes, and fixtures for high-quality, cohesive designs. Provide creative and technical solutions that meet project specifications, deadlines, and budgets. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

. Minimum

3 years' experience

in interior fit-out and joinery drafting. Proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp

, and other design software. Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, and installation methods. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

UAE/GCC experience is a plus. Knowledge of sustainable materials and design practices.
