Interior Fit Out Cad Draftsmen

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate technical and shop drawings for interior fit-out works.
- Prepare detailed drawings for interior elements including partitions, ceilings, flooring layouts, wall cladding, fixed furniture, joinery items, and decorative finishes.
- Translate design concepts into executable technical documentation while ensuring alignment with project specifications and design intent.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, site, and manufacturing teams to validate drawing accuracy and material feasibility.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from the design team, consultants, and client representatives.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to verify dimensions, monitor progress, and support installation accuracy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing records, logs, and revision histories.
- Support the construction and installation teams by providing clear, comprehensive technical drawings and details.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Interior Fit-Out Draftsman with a strong portfolio of commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projects.
Strong understanding of interior construction detailing, joinery design, and fit-out materials.
Familiarity with space planning, architectural coordination, and site execution standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings to integrate with fit-out works.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
