We are seeking a talented and experienced

Interior Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

commercial, residential, and office design projects

, with strong

site management skills

and the ability to prepare

quotations

. This role involves developing detailed shop drawings, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing both office and site works to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative and high-quality designs for

commercial offices, residential villas, and private projects

that meet client specifications. Develop

detailed shop drawings, specifications, and cost quotations

. Oversee and coordinate

site works

as well as office tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage relationships with

suppliers, contractors, and vendors

for timely delivery of materials and services. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional guidance. Conduct

site visits

to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications. Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards and 3D renderings. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as an

Interior Designer

with a portfolio covering

commercial, residential, and office projects

.

Submission of portfolio is mandatory

; applications without a portfolio will

not be considered

. Strong

site experience

and ability to supervise project execution. Skilled in preparing

quotations and BOQs

.

UAE driving license

is required.

Arabic speaker

is a must. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Relevant degree in

Interior Design or Architecture

Salary:

AED 4,000 - AED 7,000
