Real Estate Graphic Designer- Abu Dhabi

Providential Property Management is looking for a

talented and creative Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and able to deliver visually compelling materials that reflect our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Video Editing Create high-quality visual content for social media, property listings, ads, and marketing materials Design property brochures, stories, reels, banners, and infographics Edit promotional and walkthrough videos for projects and listings Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials Social Media Management Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn Plan and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or similar Develop creative concepts for real estate campaigns, property launches, and lead generation Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance metrics

Digital Marketing & Ads

Assist in creating and launching ad campaigns on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Etc), Google ads. Support in preparing ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting Work with the marketing team to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, real estate content, and platform algorithms

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required) Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation Knowledge of social media Ads (boosting posts, running campaigns) Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or Canva Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage) Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi Real estate experience is a plus
