• Transition from Trainee to Employee upon successful completion of performance reviews and program milestones.
• Gain valuable exposure to ADNOC's organizational culture and corporate environment.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National graduate with a degree in any discipline not previously listed under specific programs.
• Medically fit and cleared for ADNOC's work environment.
• Certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
• Completed National Service (unless exempt by UAE law).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
