ADNOC is inviting UAE National graduates in business, arts, and law disciplines to join its Fresh Graduate Program in Abu Dhabi. This initiative is designed to nurture future leaders through structured training, competency assessments, and real-world projects, giving participants a pathway to long-term careers with ADNOC.

Core Duties

• Take part in ADNOC's structured graduate development program with a focus on business, arts, and law disciplines.
• Gain hands-on training in core areas such as administration, legal compliance, human resources, finance, economics, supply chain, and project management.
• Engage in competency assessments, workshops, and on-the-job assignments to prepare for long-term roles.
• Experience ADNOC's corporate culture and values while contributing to impactful projects.
• Transition from Trainee to Employee based on performance reviews and organizational needs.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National holding a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Economics, or Law (including International, Corporate, and Political Law).
• Medically fit to meet work environment requirements.
• Cleared all government checks, including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
• Completed National Service (unless exempt under UAE law).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
