• Participate in ADNOC's structured Fresh Graduate Program tailored for IT and AI disciplines.
• Gain exposure to real-world projects in areas such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, automation, and machine learning.
• Develop technical and analytical skills through training, mentoring, and competency assessments.
• Contribute to ADNOC's digital transformation initiatives by applying AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies.
• Transition from Trainee to Employee upon successful performance and program completion.
• Build strong knowledge of ADNOC's operations, systems, and corporate culture.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Database Management, MIS, Web Development, or related fields.
• Medically fit for the role and cleared by the Ministry of Interior with a certificate of good conduct.
• Completed National Service unless exempt under UAE law.
• Strong interest in digital innovation, AI, and emerging technologies within the energy sector.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
