Heavy Equipment Inspector
to conduct detailed inspections, diagnostics, and technical assessments of heavy earthmoving machinery in our workshop. The role ensures all equipment meets operational, safety, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, graders, and trucks to assess condition and performance. Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and recommend corrective actions. Conduct root cause analysis for repeated failures and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform functional tests before and after repairs and verify adherence to OEM standards. Prepare accurate inspection reports and support mechanics with technical guidance. Assist in developing maintenance schedules and evaluate spare parts quality. Work with the HSE team to identify risks and ensure safe workshop practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum
7 years
of experience in heavy equipment inspection. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and understanding of OEM specifications.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
