is seeking a

highly skilled Inspection Engineer - Heavy Earthmoving Equipment

to join our team in

Sharjah

. This role involves conducting detailed inspections, diagnostics, and performance assessments of heavy machinery to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will identify faults, recommend appropriate repairs, and ensure workshop quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect heavy earthmoving equipment (

excavators, bulldozers, graders, wheel loaders, dump trucks

) for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Conduct root cause analysis and diagnostics for equipment failures, and provide technical recommendations. Perform functional and operational testing before and after repairs to validate equipment performance. Ensure all workshop repairs align with OEM guidelines and industry quality standards. Document detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings. Provide technical support and guidance to workshop technicians and mechanics. Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules based on inspection results. Verify spare parts and components for authenticity and compliance with OEM specifications. Uphold compliance with company safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in inspecting heavy earthmoving equipment within a workshop or service center.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Diagnostics:

Proficient in using diagnostic tools and fault detection software.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous in inspections, analysis, and reporting.

Problem-Solving:

Capable of identifying faults and recommending timely, cost-effective solutions.

Safety Awareness:

Strong commitment to safety practices and compliance standards.
