Key Responsibilities:
Inspect heavy earthmoving equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, graders, wheel loaders, and dump trucks, for
mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical
issues.
Conduct
diagnostics and root cause analysis
for equipment failures and provide technical recommendations.
Perform
functional and operational tests
to verify equipment performance before and after repairs.
Ensure that workshop repairs comply with
manufacturer guidelines
and
industry quality standards
.
Maintain detailed
inspection reports and documentation
of findings.
Provide technical guidance to mechanics and technicians on
inspection results
.
Assist in developing
preventive maintenance schedules
based on equipment assessments.
Verify
spare parts and components
for authenticity and compliance with
OEM specifications
.
Ensure compliance with
company safety policies and industry regulations

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5
years
of experience in
inspecting heavy earthmoving equipment
in a workshop or service center.
Technical Knowledge:
Expertise in
mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Diagnostics:
