Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Sales Administrator

to support our heavy machinery division. The ideal candidate must be familiar with

CRM systems

,

international and local logistics

,

customs clearance

, and

client coordination

. This role bridges the gap between sales, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth transaction flow and customer satisfaction.

- Proficient in Excel

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update

CRM system

with client details, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales pipeline Create and issue

quotations

,

proforma invoices

, and basic sales documentation Coordinate with

clients

,

suppliers

, and internal teams for end-to-end deal processing Obtain

shipping rates

, book shipments, and handle freight coordination (local & international) Oversee

customs clearance

procedures, documentation, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records and prepare regular

sales & logistics reports

Monitor and track

shipments

, update clients proactively Assist in preparing

sales presentations

, product specifications, and marketing material Follow up on

client payments

and documentation collection Support sales team with

after-sales service coordination

, including spare parts and service needs

Requirements:



Minimum 5

years experience

in a similar role within

heavy machinery

,

construction equipment

, or

commercial vehicle

industry Proficient in using

CRM tools

(e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Strong knowledge of

logistics coordination

and

customs clearance procedures

(UAE or GCC preferred) Excellent

English communication skills

(Arabic is a plus) Proficient in

Microsoft Office

, especially

Excel

and

Word

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Ability to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, and internal departments
Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration with a focus on Sales & Operations

- Strong for CRM use, reporting, and client handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
