Key Responsibilities:
Support external sales teams by preparing quotes, managing orders, and following up with clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
Identify potential leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and communications.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing, availability, and product updates.
Build product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
Meet or exceed monthly activity goals such as calls, emails, and lead generation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Fresh graduate
or up to 1 year of experience in sales/customer service is acceptable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in
English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
