Position: Kids Events Coordinator & Sales Executive
We're looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual who loves working with families and children, thrives in a lively environment, and can help grow our birthday and events business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage kids' events, birthday parties, and workshops from planning to execution.
Communicate with parents and clients to understand their requirements and provide customized event solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound sales for party packages, memberships, and group bookings.
Build partnerships with schools, nurseries, and community organizations.
Support daily operations and ensure every event delivers an exceptional family experience.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates from AUD (American University in Dubai) or AUS (American University of Sharjah) are encouraged to apply.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with kids and families.
Available to work on weekends for events when required.
