Position Overview:

As a Sales Account Manager (Outdoor B2B), you will be responsible for promoting RITS's products and services to business clients, building strong customer relationships, and helping grow our client base. This is an outdoor, field-based sales role that requires enthusiasm, confidence, and a passion for achieving success. No prior experience is required. We provide full training and guidance to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outdoor visits and meetings with potential and existing business clients (B2B). Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.

Present, promote, and sell company products and service Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply No experience needed - training will be provided. Must hold a valid Qatari driving license and own a car. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
