Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product/service offerings
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
Update CRM with accurate customer and lead information
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle
Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
Strong communication skills in
Tagalog and English
(Tagalog speakers preferred)
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
