in the Middle East.Key Responsibilities
Support Outside Sales Engineers in managing customer accounts and sales activities Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and respond to technical/commercial queries Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and customer data in ERP/CRM systems Develop competitive pricing while optimizing margins Assist in tracking offers and supporting customer retention activities Participate in marketing and business development initiatives Generate reports for internal teams and managementQualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree inInstrumentation Engineering
0-2 years of experience in inside sales or technical coordination Basic knowledge ofvalves
orhydraulics
is preferred Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills Proficiency inMS Office
(especially Excel); familiarity with ERP/CRM is a plus Must be based in or willing to relocate toDubai, UAE
What We Offer
