Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand candidate availability, job requirements, and client expectations.
Present suitable recruitment solutions to clients based on their staffing needs.
Schedule client meetings, intro calls, and requirement discussions for the business development team.
Update CRM systems with accurate client interactions, leads, and follow-up statuses.
Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and quotations for clients.
Maintain an understanding of recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Support marketing and lead-generation campaigns by converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and proactive service.
