Role Overview



As an

Inside Sales Executive

, you will be responsible for

engaging

prospective property owners and showcasing MajeStay's

guaranteed rent model

. You'll handle

inbound

inquiries, explain the model's benefits,

address objections

, negotiate contracts, and

close deals

. Success in this role requires strong

sales acumen

,

excellent communication

, and the ability to

build trust

quickly. You will collaborate closely with our Operations and Onboarding teams to deliver a

smooth

experience for every new property owner.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Management

Respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email with urgency and professionalism. Conduct discovery calls to understand each property owner's needs and highlight relevant MajeStay benefits.

Sales & Negotiation

Present the guaranteed rent model confidently, addressing concerns about market fluctuations or rental demand. Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements to onboard new clients. Ensure accurate completion of documentation and timely follow-up.

Pipeline & Reporting

Update leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM to maintain a clear sales pipeline. Track and report on key metrics, including number of deals closed, conversion rates, and monthly targets.

Collaboration

Liaise with Operations/Onboarding to ensure seamless activation of newly signed properties. Provide feedback on recurring owner questions or concerns, helping refine sales scripts and materials.

Continuous Improvement

Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and any regulatory changes in Dubai's short-term rental landscape. Suggest process enhancements to optimize lead conversion and overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience



Sales Background

: 1-3 years of experience in

inside sales

,

tele-sales

, or a similar customer-facing role; real estate or hospitality exposure is a plus.

Exceptional Communication

: Skilled at presenting value propositions and effectively handling objections.

Negotiation Skills

: Comfortable discussing contract terms and guiding prospects to a mutually beneficial agreement.

CRM Proficiency

: Familiar with tracking leads, scheduling follow-ups, and managing a pipeline in a CRM system.

Goal-Driven

: Motivated to meet (and exceed) monthly targets within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Team-Oriented

: Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Bonus Structure



Base Salary Range

:

AED 5,000 - 7,000

per month (depending on experience). This compensates for achieving your

monthly target

of

Monthly Bonus (Resets Each Month)

:

Reach 10 Total Deals

: Earn an

additional AED 2,000

.

Reach 15 Total Deals

: Earn an

additional AED 5,000

.

Reach 20 Total Deals

: Earn an

additional AED 10,000

.

5 Deals

: Baseline target met (covered by base salary).

10 Deals

: You unlock an extra AED 2,000.

15 Deals

: You earn AED 5,000 in total bonus.

20 Deals

: You earn AED 10,000 in total bonus.
(If you meet or exceed any of these thresholds in a given month, you earn the corresponding bonus. Each month's performance is assessed independently, giving you fresh opportunities to maximize your earnings.)
