Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to promote networking solutions and CISCO products.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions or refer to technical experts.
Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals based on client needs.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical and external sales team to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends in networking and CISCO solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (BTech).
1-2 years of experience in
inside sales
, preferably with exposure to
CISCO products and networking technologies
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to understand and explain technical products.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Preferred:
Certifications in CISCO (CCNA or higher) or equivalent networking credentials.
Prior experience in B2B sales within the IT or networking domain.
