Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound B2B calls
to generate and qualify leads.
Identify customer needs and
upsell/cross-sell relevant tech products
.
Handle the full
sales cycle remotely
- from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships via
phone, email, and web-based presentations
.
Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline, track interactions, and report on performance.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for lead nurturing and campaign support.
Meet and exceed
monthly sales targets and KPIs
.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
inside sales / tele sales
, preferably in the
tech or SaaS industry
.
Strong background in
upselling
and face-to-face or remote client engagement.
Confident in using
web-based presentation tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience in selling to
international clients
.
Knowledge of the technology landscape or SaaS solutions.
Multilingual skills (if working across global markets).
