Site Engineer-Civil
Job Location: UAE
Job Purpose:
Overseeing construction projects, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards, and managing resources.
Requirements/Qualification&Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry is required.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Familiarity with engineering standards and specifications.
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure the project is built according to design and specifications.
- Manage the on-site team and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality control measures on-site.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Perform site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
