1.Maintenance (preventive & corrective):
Checking of chillers, AHU's, chilled water pumps etc., Monitoring of BMS system, Checking the raw and treated water levels, Daily checking and keeping the record of RO plant, Servicing of chillers, AHUs, FCUs as per the schedule, Attend the complaints of HVAC systems, Checking and attending the problem of cooling system. Replacing of cartridge filters of the water line in the building, Checking and follow-up the temperature of heat exchangers for the machines. Handling repair damage and dysfunctional air-condition. Fix and check backage type & split type unit. Change parts. Conduct daily routine inspection.
