Position: HVAC Technician (Full-Time)
? About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and certified HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a direct-hire role for a technician proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
? & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioners, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify system issues.
• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
• Replenish refrigerants and recover/recycle in accordance with EPA regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

? Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• Relevant state or local HVAC certification/license is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle physical demands of the job.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical training program or apprenticeship is preferred.

• Schedule: During Office Hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
