About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join our client's team. This position is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in HR operations and talent acquisition within EPC and HSE-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR functions, including policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source top talent for EPC and related technical roles
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Oversee visa processing, work permits, and other employment-related documentation
Collaborate with management to design talent acquisition plans that align with business goals
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR reporting
Support organizational development and retention initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of HR and recruitment experience in EPC, Construction, or Oil & Gas industry
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in handling recruitment for technical and project-based roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
