About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Human Resources & Recruitment Manager

to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, and office management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing HR operations, driving effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining a productive, professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the HR & Recruitment department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Will be in charge of obtaining projects from contractors and handle the onboarding and outsourcing of personnel as required by the clients Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company regulations. Handle HR documentation, contracts, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate and supervise office administration, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters. Lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and productive company culture.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in Human Resources and Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Proven experience leading HR and recruitment teams, preferably within a fast-paced or growing organization. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and recruitment strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and make strategic decisions. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
