Job Description

The selected Candidate has the ability to develop and execute the HR Process, including developing all required policies, procedures, manuals, Audit and Compliance, Performance and appraisals \xc2\xb7 Carry out compensation programmes in accordance with laws and industry practices. \xc2\xb7 Carry out succession plans by working with business leaders to identify and groom individuals for important positions. \xc2\xb7 Coach line managers and supervisors to give career development advice and to groom workforce. \xc2\xb7 Coach managers in compensation processes, in accordance with guidelines and legal requirements. \xc2\xb7 Develop strategies to prevent redundancies. \xc2\xb7 Gather and review talent related data to gain insights on talent management programmes. \xc2\xb7 Gather feedback on the career development framework, policy and programmes. \xc2\xb7 Implement HR initiatives that balance and meet the needs of the people as well as the needs of the organisation. \xc2\xb7 Maintain an accurate record and reporting of succession plans and potential successors. \xc2\xb7 Manage communications to evoke positive association with the organisation upon employee exits. \xc2\xb7 Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit clearance procedures. \xc2\xb7 Manage the administration of data on retirement process to ensure retiring employees are treated well. \xc2\xb7 Plan career pathways and provide information to employees to improve their career. \xc2\xb7 Plan communications activities to build awareness of the career structure and options available in the organisation. \xc2\xb7 Plan talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent. \xc2\xb7 Recommend assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials. \xc2\xb7 Support affected individuals by providing information about process, legal parameters, and available post-exit assistance and options. \xc2\xb7 Support retiring employees by giving information about the retirement process, their rights and obligations, and advise on post-retirement matters. \xc2\xb7 Support talent review sessions to identify talent with key stakeholders using assessment tools. \xc2\xb7 Unify succession plans with talent management programmes to ensure they are complete. Required:- - Experience in the same position for 4 years - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in the field - Professional Certificate to the field - Fluent In English - Excellent in Computer skills, data analysis , reporting Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
