Status 200 Pvt Ltd. is looking for Human Resource Executive

Position Overview:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment and talent acquisition processes within an organization. He/She plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

-Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Proven experience as an HR Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

-Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition best practices and strategies.

-Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment platforms.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement and stakeholder management.

-Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed hiring decisions.

-Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

-Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

-Familiarity with HR administration processes and employee lifecycle management.

- Proficient in Payroll.

Location: Eden Towers, Gulberg 3, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
