Job Description
Our client is looking for an HR Manager with proven track record of developing HR policies and procedures, managing large teams and setting strategies for a startup business in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Salary: 28-33k AED

- Employee Relations
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in HR within a FinTech, Technology or star-up environment
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus
- Language: English, Urdu or any other European language
