Our client, a healthcare provider in UAE is seeking to hire a Human Resource Manager to assist the company in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
Duties and responsibilities:
Reviewing resumes and applications
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Handling insurance-related issues.
Managing workplace safety issues.
Training new or existing employees.
Communicating and explaining the organization\'s HR policies to the employees
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
Assisting PRO with visa processing/cancellation process all contract labor.
Assisting PRO with licensing of facility and health care professionals
Conducting various welfare activities.
Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
OSHMS:
Compliance to OSH legislative requirements within the DOH Sector of the Emirate Abu Dhabi.
Ability to understand and comprehend protection of Occupational Environment and the Health \xe2\x80\x93 Safety all throughout the workplace.
Ensure cooperation and dedication of effective implementation of Abu Dhabi OSHMS Regulatory Framework within DOH Sector and co-ordinate with relevant accrediting bodies and on other issues related.
Effective Health, Diversity and Productivity of the environment is protected, maintained or enhanced for benefit of future instances to achieve sustainable development.
Comprehensive knowledge on integration implementation of Risk Assessment and Management in Planning, Development, and Operation of our company.
Ensure implementation of responsible care and management of occupational Environment, Health and Safety concerns including of prevention, reporting near misses, hazard/ accident/ incident, occupational illnesses and the enhancement of health and wellness throughout the workplace.
Ensure knowledge of effectiveness on Emergency Response Preparedness for the workplace entity and maintained at all times.
Ability to understand and comprehend on establishment of company OSH targets/ objectives, monitoring, measures, reporting programs, continually coordinate in improving OSH Performance within the company.
Education:
Bachelor\'s/ master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in either business or health related field.
Experience and Other Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administrative role preferably in health care sector.
Perfect knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel programs
Ability to maintain confidential work- environment
Must meet entity Dress Code Policy
Demonstrated ability to interact with variety of people at all levels in the organization
