Our client, a leading law firm seeks to hire an HR Manager for Abu Dhabi location. Reporting to the CEO, potential candidate will be responsible to ensuring human resource planning and operations that are synergistic with organization mission, attracting and retaining the best talents in the service, developing a motivated work force, frame policies and procedures to streamline HR operations, identifying and developing employee potential through use of suitable methods of talent and performance management techniques. Candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, previous experience in recruitment and performance appraisal of legally(legal, paralegal. lawyers) astute incumbents and their succession planning will be highly preferred. Bachelor/master degree holder\'s specialized in HR discipline are highly recommended.
Requisites * Ideal candidate must have proven experience within legal/law firms(current or previous)
Must be ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Shortlisted candidates will have to attend pre assessment and face to face initial screening interviews from Abu Dhabi Nadia office.
Must be a native Arabic speaker.
Academics & Skill sets
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resource Management. Additional HR certifications will be a plus
Minimum 7 years\' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise in managing the daily HR tasks including the facility management of laborer\'s
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Salary between AED 18k based on experience and skill set
