Must have worked in same role for minimum of 5 years, preferably in Banking or Financial Sector here in UAE.
With excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Should be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
With strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find potential candidates.
Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Organize and participate in interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions.
Help build and maintain the company's positive image in the job market.
Keep current with recruitment trends and best practices.
Salary: AED17,000 to 19,000 per month plus Medical Family Status + Education Allowance (for 3 kids maximum)
