Must have worked in same role for minimum of 5 years, preferably in Banking or Financial Sector here in UAE.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
With strong ability to mediate disputes, resolve conflicts, and find mutually agreeable solutions. Ability to negotiate with employees and management to reach mutually acceptable outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and mediating disputes.
Ensuring that HR policies are followed and that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
Investigating workplace issues, conducting investigations, and recommending solutions.
Fostering open communication between employees and management, promoting a positive work environment.
Providing guidance to management and employees on employee-related issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
Contributing to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
May be involved in employee training programs related to HR policies and procedures.
Assisting with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
Collecting and analyzing employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Handling sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
Salary: AED17,000 to 19,000 per month plus Medical Family Status + Education Allowance (for 3 kids maximum)
