Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution across banking areas including retail, corporate, and digital banking
- Coordinate with internal departments, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and keep key stakeholders informed through consistent reporting
- Ensure all project activities align with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks
- Lead status meetings, document key decisions, and oversee change control processes
- Promote agile and hybrid methodologies tailored to the banking environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience specifically in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital channels, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent
- Expertise in methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
- PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and regulated environment
