We are in need of an HR Manager to work for client in Abu Dhabi.
Job Specifications:
Must have worked as HR Manager in a prominent Banking or Financial Sector here in UAE.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
Must have Bachelor's Degree or relevant studies
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and promoting employee growth and development.
Overseeing performance evaluations, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
Creating and updating HR policies, ensuring they are communicated and followed by employees.
Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the company's budget.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Working with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall objectives.
Maintaining and utilizing HR information systems to track employee data and manage HR processes.
Promoting employee well-being and engagement through various initiatives.
Preparing HR reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Salary: AED42,000 to 43,000 per month plus Medical Family Status + Education Allowance (for 3 kids maximum)
