You will be working as Hub Division HRBP taking care of India Middle East and Africa (IMEA) and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries division based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role you will be a core member of the HUB leadership team. The HUB HR business partner will work closely with business leaders and Centers of Expertise (CoE) to build people capability, plan and manage talent and develop HR approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. You will report directly to the Hub Manager for Energy Industries IMEA and functionally to HR Division Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Translating business drivers and strategy into HR actions that deliver value enabling long term success, in alignment with the company people strategy, establishing strong relationships with business leaders and acting an HR consultant, sparring partner and coach.
  • Accountable for the total HR offering to the business, articulating the needs of the business to the CoEs and HR services to ensure relevant, impactful support to the business, ensuring that capability and workforce planning is regularly done so that staffing meets business needs
  • Deriving and interrogating HR data analytics to understand organizational dynamics and trends, defining and executing appropriate actions, implementing the operating model, and optimizing organization design in line with local business requirements and global corporate standards.
  • Continuously improving performance and employee satisfaction, by proposing organizational restructuring, optimization, redeployment, and right-sizing, supporting business leaders to build a high-performance culture in the organization, implementing group and global business performance standards, KPIs and targets.
  • Identifying and addressing performance issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, implementing recognition and reward programs aligned with business priorities and core values, implementing learning and development activities for building, and improving competence in collaboration with CoE and HR services.
  • Ensuring a healthy and sustainable talent pipeline in the organization considering the internal talent pool and external market, driving, and executing all talent processes with business leaders, such as succession planning, diversity and inclusion improvements, as well as recruitment and retention
  • Supporting business leaders with compensation and benefits decisions, strategy, and analysis, based on business need and in line with corporate strategy and policy, monitoring and controlling personnel cost development in the business and taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Proactively defining, implementing, and leading change management initiatives in support of the business strategy, ensuring compliance with corporate and national HR standards, rules, tools and systems, policies, and processes.
  • Sharing and developing best practices across the wider HR community and be the local HR business partner for the UAE

Your background

  • Bachelor/MBA in Human resources
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in senior HR Business partnering roles.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally, fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong collaborator and initiative taker, basic understanding of labor laws in countries of responsibility
  • Experience working in a multi-national company and in the Industrial Engineering sector would be an advantage
