We are looking for Sales Manager responsible for driving the sales of Krones portfolio in Iraq. Employee can be based in Iraq or could travel and stay in Iraq for extended periods and will report to Head of Sales, MENA and Head of Sales, GCC, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan.
Your tasks
Meet Iraq territory sales targets for new machinery by liaising with the respective departments; pro-actively identify and implement the actions to address deviations from planned targets
Set-up project priorities and organize regular visits in Iraq with the Head of Sales, GCC, Yemen, Iraq and Afghanistan
Maintain the existing customer-base and grow the market potential by regular visits/ connections for the new machinery, running material and spare parts and maintenance service sales
Understand and react to changing market trends in order to assure a competitive advantage. Also monitor and report to the management on competitive products and industry trends.
Responsible of spare and change parts and after sales service-related issues
Ensure CRM database for the respective area is properly updated
Observe the financial situation of customers and monitor customers' payments to ensure all dues are settled on time
Your profile
Experience of min. 5 years in a similar role, preferably in packaging machinery industry
Have demonstrable business acumen
MS Office Knowledge is a must, knowledge of SAP is a plus
Excellent communication skills, fluency in Arabic/ and or Kurdish as well as English is must.
Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, negotiations skills
No obstacles in living and travelling in Iraq
